Hotel Policy

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • The menu of breakfast is standard / fixed and anything ordered extra shall be chargeable as per the regular rates.
  • Meals (if included in package) will be served as per hotel's policy only.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • The room tariff includes all taxes.
  • The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, room heater, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
  • No discounts or deductions are applicable on the tariff whatsoever, even if the customer choose to skip meals.

Booking Policy

Prior 30 days or moreAirfare + 40% of Land package will be the initial payment.

Terms & Conditions

  • Transportation provided will be as per itinerary only and not at disposal.
  • The customized package does not include guide services.
  • All above rates are subject to change without prior notice as per availability & final date of travel.
  • Refund on cancellation strictly depends on cancellation policy.
  • Ac will be switched off in hilly areas.
  • Package Itinerary is given for your sightseeing idea only; if any service/inclusion is not mentioned in package inclusion will not be provided.
  • Day-wise Itinerary plan and sightseeing can be changed internally, or cancelled if any unavoidable circumstances in the particular place.
  • Images shown in the Itinerary or any part in package is just highlighting the places. Day wise plan or your Itinerary can be different than the image even if the image is with any specific day. Also the image can vary due to season, festival or any other situation.
  • Hotel Image shown in the package is an image of the time when it was taken, so it may be different with current hotel condition.
  • You will be out for sightseeing for most of the times so we prefer hotels which are convenient, so sometimes it may be away from the city center location.
  • All baggage and personal belongings come under your responsibility; we will not be responsible for any such losses during the trip.
  • Any damages done to hotel premises or any vendor/partner’s property will be borne by customer only.
  • Company is not responsible if any sudden services or amenities are not available in hotel while your stay.
  • Rude or unprofessional behavior by hotel staff does not come under My Choice Holiday and we will not be responsible for the same.
  • If in case of confirmed tickets with Airline, customer is denied to board the flight due to certain reasons beyond our control, My Choice Holiday will not be responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by customer against the company.
  • In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
  • Hotel room will be given as per hotel's standard check-in time only; any early check-in or late check-out charges will be borne by customer direct payment basis.
  • Full payment will be required at the time of booking for non-refundable components such as VISA, Cruise, NRF Hotel, NRF flights.
  • Package does not include Gala Dinner charges.
  • Some hotels may ask for security deposits which have to be paid by customer directly at the time of check-in by the customer only, which will be refunded at the time of check out.
  • Please be informed that low cost carrier will be on Hand baggage only, same can be added by customer directly from Airline.
  • The passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months for your travel. Note: The passenger must be holding a valid passport and the required documents for visa purpose at the time of booking. In case of discrepancy, My Choice Holiday reserves the right to dishonor the booking with no refund.
  • Visa process & approval depends on the embassy where My Choice Holiday does not have direct access. In case of Visa rejection, My Choice Holiday is not responsible for any kind of Visa charges or cancellation charges of flight or holiday booking occurs due to visa rejection.
  • Carry baggage limits, meals, beverages in flights will be as per Airline standards.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange (ROE), transport rates.
  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any weather conditions, natural calamity, any unavoidable situation etc. where customer is not able to travel, My Choice Holiday will act as a responsible travel agency and try to provide you the maximum possible refund, but it will depend on our policy and agreement with our vendors. My Choice Holiday will not be responsible for any losses due to such incidents.
  • Condition of rooms in hotels or vehicle conditions are sometimes not in our control, so My Choice Holidays is not responsible for such situations.
  • The company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the customer or any person travelling with him for any personal injury, death, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expense caused.
  • In case customer wants to amend / change the trip dates or passengers, the current booked package will be treated as cancelled booking and cancellation charge will be applicable as per policy.
  • In case of flight cancellation or rescheduling, My Choice Holiday will not be responsible for any claims of refund for flights or the Holiday bookings. My Choice Holiday will support to provide you alternate options for the same, but losses arising due to this situation will be on direct payment basis by customer on their own.
  • If customer fails to make payment as per our booking/payment policy, My Choice Holiday reserves the right to cancel the booking. Refund will be processed as per policy (if applicable).
  • My Choice Holiday reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • Disputes if any will be subject to jurisdiction of the court in Ahmedabad.
